The brief
CultureFlow is a startup helping HR teams support immigrant employees as they integrate into a new country's workplace culture. The product's intelligence engine is built on the World Values Survey, drawing on over 500,000 respondents across 102 countries and validated against the Minkov-Kaasa dimensional framework. The founder, Julian, brings three decades of field experience that informs the behavioural layer making the data actionable.
I came on board to help shape early communication and content, and to support Julian as he set up the foundations of his brand and online presence.
What I did
- Shaped and produced social media posts across LinkedIn and Instagram, including the launch of their website
- Designed flyers and visual materials for events and outreach
- Organised the content calendar in Buffer to keep posting consistent across platforms
- Helped build the base of the company's website using Claude Code, working alongside the founder on structure and copy
The result
Julian came in with a clear vision and a business already in motion. My job was to support the operational side, making sure the content, the calendar, and the website foundations were in good shape so he could focus on building the product. He left the engagement with a working website, a steady content rhythm, and a visual identity he could keep using. This was also the project where I started using AI-assisted development tools in a real working setting, which has shaped how I approach my own work since.
