Charge Fremtiden student workshop

The brief

Charge Fremtiden was a multi-session entrepreneurship and innovation program run by Charge AS, a Norwegian NGO, and delivered to 30+ students at Oslo International School. The goal was to introduce young people to real-world entrepreneurial thinking through structured workshops, guest sessions, and hands-on activities.

I served as the project manager for the program, working closely with the CEO and coordinating the team that delivered each session.

What I did

  • Project-managed the full program: six structured sessions delivered to 30+ students from start to finish
  • Designed and wrote the full learner-centred curriculum across six themes: sustainability, social impact, entrepreneurship, equality and equity, and innovation. Built each session around participatory activities and structured discussion rather than lecture, drawing on the same student-centred approach I used teaching in the Philippines and Thailand.
  • Co-facilitated one of the sessions directly, returning to the front-of-room work that taught me how learners actually engage with content
  • Coordinated three facilitators and two volunteers, managing schedules, briefs, and session logistics
  • Captured sessions through visual documentation and managed content production before, during, and after each workshop
  • Wrote copy and produced communication materials across internal and external channels
  • Compiled and shared the final program report on LinkedIn

The result

The program ran end-to-end without missing a session, and the documentation we produced gave Charge AS a clear story to share with sponsors, partners, and future cohorts. My favourite part was watching the students go from quiet on day one to pitching ideas they actually believed in by the final session. The teacher in me had a lot of fun with this one.
